Job Summary

Ripon Farm Services Ltd. is a family-owned agricultural dealer with 13 sites across Yorkshire, Teesside, Lincolnshire, and Nottinghamshire.

We are seeking an HR Advisor (ER Specialist) to champion the employee experience journey and advise on employee relations cases across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Group HR Manager to develop the Employee Experience and People strategy.
  • Coach line managers to improve their capabilities with the Performance and Talent system.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to resolve ER cases effectively.
  • Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution between parties.
  • Manage the end-to-end caseload and support case managers to make sound decisions.
  • Collaborate with case managers to ensure efficient case resolution.
  • Take proactive measures to support employees' health and well-being.
  • Constantly promote best practices and keep abreast of changes in employment law.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified to Level 5 or above or equivalent degree and/or experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Employee Relations and/or Human Resources Advisor.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Background in managing ER cases with strong attention to detail and organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience in writing and delivering training material.
