Job Summary

Ripon Farm Services Ltd. is a family-owned agricultural dealer with 13 sites across Yorkshire, Teesside, Lincolnshire, and Nottinghamshire.

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to champion the employee experience journey and advise on employee relations cases across the group.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Group HR Manager to develop the Employee Experience and People strategy, aligning with the business goals and values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations cases, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Mediating and facilitating conflict resolution between parties to promote open communication and constructive dialogue.
  • Managing the end-to-end caseload, ensuring that all cases are resolved efficiently and that organisational risks are mitigated.
  • Collaborating with case managers to ensure that all cases are resolved efficiently and that organisational risks are mitigated.
  • Supporting employees' health and well-being, and promoting best practices to the business.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified to Level 5 or above, or equivalent degree and/or experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Employee Relations and/or Human Resources Advisor, with a background in medium to large-sized organisations.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies and procedures, and employee engagement strategies.
