Job Title: Marketing Manager - Specification

At Ideal Heating, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the domestic marketing team to elevate support for the specification side of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance the Ideal Heating brand and position in the market.
  • Collaborate with the digital and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Lead key campaigns and projects, working closely with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Manage content creation, including messaging for blogs, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and implement an aggressive national and local marketing plan to increase awareness through various marketing channels and activities.
  • Work closely with the sales, product management, and digital teams to ensure initiatives are supported, communicated, and aligned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in B2B and B2C businesses.
  • Management experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the current marketing landscape and importance of comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to write in numerous styles.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage people and projects effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office products and SAP/CRM or similar systems.

Candidates should hold a full driving licence and have experience of working with a national sales team. Ideal candidates will display behaviours in keeping with our Values of Integrity, Excellence, Learning, Collective Efficiency, Innovation, Business Development, and Enjoyment.
