We are seeking a Partnership Operations Coordinator to enhance our expanding Partnerships division in EMEA. Your role will be crucial in driving our growth, focusing on key performance indicators, and delivering analytical insights to support both strategic and operational decisions. You will be responsible for designing and managing dashboards, reports, processes, workflows, and automations to foster efficiency and continuous improvement within the Partnerships unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of new processes, workflows, and operational playbooks;
  • Create and oversee reports and dashboards;
  • Utilize metrics and data analysis to provide valuable insights and identify areas for enhancement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tools and address critical inquiries;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner operations questions; proactively identify and resolve technical issues, working alongside the technical team as necessary.
  • Manage systems administration, including the upkeep of existing tools.
  • Document processes, workflows, and policy changes in a clear and accessible manner.

  • Proficient in navigating Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other CRM systems;

  • Background in operational analytics to help define efficient processes and workflows;
  • Capable of working well both independently and collaboratively;
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with various departments;
  • Resourceful with a proactive attitude, willing to think creatively to achieve objectives;
  • Possess both tactical and strategic thinking abilities;

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Experience in SaaS sales;
