About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant with extensive experience in MS Dynamics to join our team at Excelerate. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and delivering tailored solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support during Go Live, UAT, and Hyper Care Phases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver roll-out, post-live support, and customization testing
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of finance-related modules, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Budgeting, and Credit and Collections
  • Conduct user training for internal staff and external clients
  • Provide expertise in the functional area of MS Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Develop and maintain certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O Finance and Accountancy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MS Dynamics

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end lifecycles with Dynamics F&O
  • Preferably 6-8 years of experience with MS Dynamics and Project Management Accounting
  • Strong working knowledge of finance-related modules
  • Ability to conduct user training
  • Experience in Project Management and Accounting Module - D365 F&O
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O Finance and Accountancy
  • Experience in Supply Chain would be beneficial
