Job Summary

Stirling Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered within the agreed scope, time, and budget.
  • Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact the project's success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Recognized project management certification, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
