About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of bespoke solutions in the motor finance market, is seeking a skilled Recovery Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting defaulted customers with their debt recovery, advising and negotiating sustainable repayment plans, and working closely with customers to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support defaulted customers with debt recovery through email and telephone communication
  • Advise and negotiate sustainable repayment plans with customers
  • Conduct income and expenditure assessments to create sustainable repayment solutions
  • Work closely with other areas of the business on vehicle recovery from defaulted customers
  • Accurately record communications with customers in line with company procedures
Requirements
  • Litigation or Insolvency experience is beneficial
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude
