About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving commercial targets.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store atmosphere, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve exceptional performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.

  • Proven experience as a Retail Deputy Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
