Job Title: Retail Deputy Manager
We're seeking a talented Retail Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the team and achieving sales targets
- Develop and implement effective merchandising and visual displays to drive sales and customer engagement
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer feedback
- Lead by example, demonstrating our company values and behaviors
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store standards

Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Strong merchandising and visual display skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
