About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving commercial targets.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain high store standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and provide support as needed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Retail Deputy Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
