Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving commercial targets.

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Deputy Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
