Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of landscape construction professionals and ensure the successful completion of projects
* Review plans and designs with the manager to determine labor, equipment, and material needs
* Manage daily construction production and maintain accurate records of crew travel time, installation time, and material usage
* Assist with material selection and purchasing for projects
* Communicate client requests to the manager and follow additional work authorization procedures
* Provide training and coaching to crew members and help them develop within the company
* Maintain a clean and organized truck and trailer, and assist with truck maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in landscape construction team leadership
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver\u0027s license and ability to drive a manual transmission truck
* Ability to accurately complete daily paperwork
* Desire to learn and improve
