About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exhibition Sales Manager to join our team at Hemming Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, driving sales, and ensuring the successful execution of exhibition sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow client accounts to achieve individual stand revenue, yield, and sponsorship targets.
  • Timely and accurate pipeline management to meet Commercial Director's expectations.
  • Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of exhibiting to potential clients.
  • Maintain all records on company CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Deliver all activity KPIs as set out by the line manager, including call times, appointment targets, lead generation, and sales reporting.
  • Accurate floorplan management and ongoing communication with the internal team.
  • Effective selling to ensure optimum use of space.
  • Immersion into the traffic and parking industries.
  • Work effectively with all team members to ensure delivery of all team objectives.
Requirements
  • Confident, articulate, and driven individual with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • First-class communication skills, written and oral, with demonstrable fluency in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of event sales or B2B sales experience (other professional sales experience considered).
  • Proven ability to cold call and develop new business.
  • Ability to build effective business relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
