We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exhibition Sales Manager to join our team at Hemming Group. As a key member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, driving sales, and ensuring the successful execution of exhibition sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all individual stand revenue, yield, and sponsorship targets are achieved.
- Timely and accurate pipeline management in line with Commercial Director's expectations.
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of exhibiting.
- Identify and pursue potential exhibitors and sponsors through various channels such as industry events, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain all records on company CRM, ensuring that all individual and company records are correct and up to date.
- Delivery of all activity KPIs as set out by the line manager, such as call times, appointment targets, lead generation, etc.
- Accurate and timely sales and activity reporting as requested by the line manager.
- Accurate floorplan management and ongoing communication of floorplan development with the internal team.
- Effective selling, ensuring optimum use of space.
- Immersion into the traffic and parking industries.
- Working effectively with all team members to ensure delivery of all team objectives.
- Confident, articulate, driven, and enthusiastic individual with at least 2 years of experience across B2B sales.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- First-class communication skills - written and oral, and demonstrable fluency in English.
- Minimum 2 years Event sales or B2B sales experience (other professional sales experience would be considered).
- Proven ability to cold call and develop new business.
- Ability to build effective business relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
