Community Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistant to join our team at Care Outlook LTD. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, building relationships and making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing hands-on personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording client needs

Requirements:

  • Caring, patient, and compassionate nature
  • Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality care
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 10pm
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle
  • At least 12 months of care experience

  • 07:00am - 15:00pm
