We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistant to join our team at Care Outlook LTD. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, building relationships and making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Observing, monitoring, and recording client needs
Requirements:
- Caring, patient, and compassionate nature
- Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality care
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 10pm
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
- At least 12 months of care experience
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £24,752 per annum
- 40p per mile mileage allowance

- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
- 2-weekly payroll
