About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care team in Witney, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to provide person-centred support to clients in their homes.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources to deliver high-quality care services.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a domiciliary care setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of the social care sector and regulatory framework, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
