About the Role

Gray Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Burton-on-Trent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with complex needs, including Asperger's, OCD, and Psychosis, who requires 2:1 support 24 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide social care experience, ideally within mental health, and support individuals with complex health needs and Learning Disabilities.
  • Implement detailed care plans and risk assessments, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being.
  • Support individuals with challenging behaviors, using a PBS approach to least restrictive practice.
  • Work collaboratively with a mixed-gender team on mixed shifts, including days and waking nights.

Requirements

  • Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
