Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller – Part Time

Active Washrooms, a leading independent washroom services company, is seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller to join its busy team based at its head office in Norwich.

We are looking for an individual with experience working in a fast-paced accounts department environment, who is well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and Sage accounting software is essential, along with strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing invoices, statements, and credits, as well as credit control, month-end reports, and ad-hoc work as required. Good IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Excel & Sage, are necessary.
