Job Title: Credit Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join our finance team and help manage our accounts receivable, ensuring that our cash flow remains healthy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor outstanding invoices, ensure timely payments, and reduce overdue balances.
  2. Credit Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by reviewing financial statements, credit scores, and payment history.
  3. Credit Limits Setting: Establish appropriate credit limits for customers based on risk assessments and company policies.
  4. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, overdue accounts, and cash flow forecasts for management.
  5. Policy Adherence: Ensure all credit control procedures are followed and suggest improvements to reduce bad debts.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of credit control procedures and best practices.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
