Our Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) division is one of the world's largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms, offering a wide range of services to clients, from small businesses to multinational corporations.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our CRB Graduate Development Programme (GDP) in the Marine business unit. As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and a diverse network, working closely with senior leadership and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on real client assignments and projects, gaining hands-on experience and insight into the industry
  • Develop a technical foundation of knowledge and expertise in risk management and insurance broking
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver a holistic people and risk proposition to clients
  • Contribute to the development of new business and growth initiatives

Requirements
