SEN Support Mentor

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team. This role requires a full-time commitment and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and those exhibiting challenging behaviours.
Compensation:
£95 - £140 per day, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one mentoring to students identified as needing additional support.
2. Develop and implement strategies to assist students in managing their behaviour effectively.
3. Monitor and document student progress, ensuring that behavioural improvements are tracked.
4. Organise engaging lunchtime activities for students who may struggle during breaks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supporting students with SEN.
- Ability to manage and support students with challenging behaviours.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
- Full-time availability.
- Overseas criminal clearance.
