Job Overview

At Home Instead, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in the Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care provision.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our Home Instead team.

Requirements

  • Be 18 or older.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and have reliable access to an insured vehicle.
  • Bring a caring nature and demonstrate compassion to our team and clients.
  • Be willing to work in or travel locally to the Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne area.
  • Have spoken and written English at a minimum B1 level.
