Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing person-centered care in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including personal care, companionship, and end-of-life care.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
We offer a variety of work patterns to suit your lifestyle, including:
- Evening hours: 17:00 to 22:00 or 18:00-22:00, Monday to Friday at a rate of £13 per hour.
- Weekends: Saturday and Sundays at an enhanced rate of £15 per hour all day.
- Bank Holidays: Double rate paid.
- Be 18 or older.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Hold a valid UK driving license and have reliable access to an insured vehicle.
- Bring a caring nature and show compassion to our team and clients.
- Be willing to work in or travel locally to the Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne area.
- Have spoken and written English at a Minimum B1 level.
- Have any previous care experience.
