Job Title: Compliance Administrator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our compliance processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the compliance process for care workers, ensuring that all tracking and administration is processed in accordance with procedures.
  • Ensure that the right candidates are able to commence employment with the business as quickly as possible without compromising the safety and security of service users.
  • Develop and maintain reports and trackers to monitor compliance.
  • Provide exceptional telephone and email communication skills to ensure a professional and positive service to all new starters.
  • Identify alternative solutions to problems and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
