We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the compliance process for care workers
  • Ensure compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with procedures
  • Identify alternative solutions to problems and implement efficient solutions
  • Develop and maintain reports and trackers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new starters
