About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our compliance processes are efficient and effective, and that our service users receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence.
  • Ensure that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with the procedures in place at the time.
  • Identify alternative solutions to problems and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports and trackers to ensure efficient compliance processes.
  • Provide exceptional telephone and email communication skills to ensure a positive service to all new starters.
