About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our compliance processes are efficient and effective, and that our service users receive the highest level of care.

You will be responsible for supporting the compliance process for care workers, ensuring that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with our procedures, and that the right candidates are able to commence employment with the business as quickly as possible without compromising the safety and security of our service users.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supporting the compliance process for care workers
  • Ensuring compliance tracking and administration is processed efficiently and effectively
  • Identifying alternative solutions to problems and implementing changes as needed
  • Maintaining reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
  • Providing a professional and positive service to all new starters

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional telephone and email communication skills
  • Ability to maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
  • Excel experience is desirable
  • Ability to identify alternative solutions to a problem
  • Intuitive and proactive approach to work
  • High attention to detail
  • Approachable and friendly manner
  • Ability to learn new systems as and when required
  • Able to reprioritise workload efficiently
