Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our compliance processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence.
  • Ensure that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with the procedures in place at the time.
  • Identify and implement alternative solutions to problems and maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and ensure that our compliance processes are aligned with the latest requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to meet SLA's and weekly targets.
  • Exceptional telephone and email communication skills/techniques.
  • Ability to maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible.
  • Excel experience is desirable.
  • Ability to identify alternative solutions to a problem.
  • Intuitive and proactive approach to work.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Approachable and friendly manner to provide a professional and positive service to all New Starters.
  • Ability to learn new systems as and when required.
  • Able to reprioritise workload efficiently.
