About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to support our compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the compliance process for care workers
  • Ensure compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with procedures
  • Process new starters without compromising the safety and security of service users

Requirements

  • Meet SLA's and weekly targets
  • Possess exceptional telephone and email communication skills/techniques
  • Ability to maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
  • Excel experience is desirable
  • Ability to identify alternative solutions to a problem
  • Intuitive and proactive approach to work
  • High attention to detail
  • Approachable and friendly manner to provide a professional and positive service to all New Starters
  • Ability to learn new systems as and when required
  • Able to reprioritise workload efficiently
