About the Role

National Ventilation is a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative ventilation solutions, serving the UK market with a diverse range of products. As a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in the electrical wholesale sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow sales, focusing on over-the-counter products and ventilation projects.
  • Territory Management: Cover a designated geographic area, including postcodes LL, CH, CW, SK, WA, M, OL, BL, WN, PR, BB, LA, CA, SY, TF, ST, and DE.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the electrical wholesale sector.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven sales, business development, and account management experience, preferably in the electrical wholesale industry or a similar technical/manufacturing sector.
  • Skills: Strong technical and product knowledge, with a proven working knowledge of HVAC experience an advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing circumstances.
  • Education: Manual driver's license required.
