Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Northwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with electrical wholesalers and building sites, driving sales growth and revenue through new business opportunities and existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain existing customer accounts, increasing revenue through new business opportunities and existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Northwest region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesalers and building sites, identifying new business opportunities and promoting National Ventilation's products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Attend and support customers during marketing events, such as trade days and breakfast mornings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that National Ventilation's products and services remain competitive and relevant in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products, with a strong understanding of the electrical wholesale industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Manual driver's license and a clean driving record.
