FM Conway is seeking to appoint a Bids Administrator to join our dedicated Bids division. This role is based at our head office and is a full-time, permanent position.
In the capacity of Bids Administrator, you will collaborate with a skilled team to deliver essential administrative support throughout the entire bid process. Your role will be pivotal in assisting the Bids team by organizing information, performing desktop research, completing pre-qualification questionnaires, and assembling data for tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating, updating, and managing the Bids team's knowledge repository, ensuring all content is thorough, precise, and current.
- Assisting the Proposals Manager during the prequalification phase, including filling out selection questionnaires via various online platforms.
- Engaging with FM Conway's subject matter experts to gather information and evidence that will enhance the quality of tender submissions.
- Collecting case study details that reflect a wide array of FM Conway projects.
- Researching and compiling information regarding potential clients.
- Continuously enhancing personal professional development and market awareness by participating in educational workshops, monitoring procurement portals, and reviewing industry publications.
Required Skills and Experience:
We are in search of a proficient administrator with outstanding planning and organizational capabilities. A keen eye for detail and a strong customer-centric approach are essential. Experience in the highways or construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
