We are seeking a highly organized Bids Administrator to join our Bids division, based at our head office in Sevenoaks. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires exceptional planning and organizational skills, as well as a strong customer focus.

The Bids Administrator will work closely with our experienced team to provide administrative support throughout the bid lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include designing and maintaining our knowledge library, supporting the Proposals Manager with prequalification processes, and liaising with subject matter experts to gather information and evidence for tender submissions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about the highways and construction industry, we would love to hear from you.
