Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an After School Club Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality after school clubs to students aged 4-13, focusing on coding and robotics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive coding and robotics sessions to students.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with our team to design and deliver lesson plans and materials.
- Provide feedback and support to students, parents, and colleagues as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
