Key Responsibilities- Site Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the afterschool club, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently from 3:15 6:15pm on weekdays during term time.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of Group Leaders, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Child Safety and Wellbeing: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Activity Coordination: Coordinate creative activities or sports/games, ensuring they are engaging and appropriate for children aged 4-11.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
- Health and Safety: Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Team Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and participants.
- Managerial Experience: Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Childcare Experience: At least two years of experience working with children aged 4-11.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Education: Passion for engaging and supporting children, with expertise in creative activities or sports/games.
- Availability: Ability to work afterschool hours, 5 days per week.
- Commitment to Excellence: Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
