Job Title: Musician - Children's After School Club Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking three passionate and creative individuals to lead our children's after school clubs as musicians. As a Musician - Children's After School Club Leader, you will be responsible for teaching children how to explore their creativity through music.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead music sessions for children aged 5-12 in a fun and engaging way.
  • Develop and implement music lesson plans that cater to the needs and interests of the children.
  • Work collaboratively with other club leaders to ensure a cohesive and high-quality experience for the children.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth and successful experience for the children.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a musical setting.
  • Ability to commit to teaching at least 1 weekly hour session.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (if you don't have one, we can apply for one on your behalf).
  • Willingness to partake in a 2-hour training and complete our safeguarding documentation.
  • No teaching qualification is required.
