Job Title: Employer Branding Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Branding Strategist to join our team at Salt. As a Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that showcases our company's unique culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive landscape audit to identify areas for improvement in our current EVP and employer brand.
  • Review our current employee journey and associated materials to ensure alignment with our EVP.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the retail employer space, including relevant audience and sector trends.
  • Develop recommendations for further research and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employer branding and EVP development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
