We are seeking a skilled Employer Branding Strategist to join our team at Salt. As a Strategist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop a strong Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and refresh our client's current EVP and Employer Brand to build a solid research and insights foundation for creative development.
  • Support in completing the first stage of the review, which includes a landscape audit, employee journey review, and landscape analysis.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant audience and sector trends affecting the retail employer space.
  • Review our client's current EVP and employer brand and prepare recommendations for further research.
  • Deliver a presentation of findings, including recommendations for further research.

Requirements:

  • Experience in employer brand/EVP strategy.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
