We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Branding Strategist to join our team at Salt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Brand strategy for our retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough landscape audit of the retail employer space to identify key trends and insights
  • Review and refresh our client's current EVP and Employer Brand to ensure alignment with industry best practices
  • Develop a research and insights foundation to inform the development of creative assets
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver a presentation of findings and recommendations for further research
