Key Responsibilities- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for talent marketing and employer brand across various services, providing consultative guidance to clients.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to define effective solutions, develop bid content and campaign proposals, and present in sales pitches as the subject matter expert.
- Talent Attraction Strategies: Analyze and recommend sourcing channel strategies, including social media campaigns, to maximize candidate connection and reach.
- Brand Management: Act as the brand guardian for all communications and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Metrics and Reporting: Embed metrics into the candidate journey for continuous improvement, evaluate campaigns to innovate continuously, and manage budgets, report on spend, and deliver ROI.
- Proven Expertise: Proven expertise in employer branding and recruitment marketing, with extensive knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing best practices.
- Consultative Experience: Consultative experience with external customers to develop talent attraction strategies, with a track record of designing and deploying successful talent marketing campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creative programs such as Canva, Prezi, PowerPoint, PowToon, etc.
