About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Resources Division of the Adult Social Care and Public Health (ASC&PH) Directorate at LB RICHMOND UPON THAMES & LB WANDSWORTH as an Administrative Support Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and efficient office and administrative support to Adult Social Services across Richmond and Wandsworth.
  • Ensure the provision of supplies and services across the Directorate.
  • Manage the shared mailboxes and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Process parking permits and business permit renewals.
  • Undertake Health & Safety related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience with good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities daily.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new skills, knowledge, and experiences.
