Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls and emails, handling general inquiries and property-related questions from investors or landlords.
* Process new tenancy applications for prospective tenants.
* Handle the processing of tenant deposits.
* Input and maintain accurate records for new properties entering management on the MRI system and other databases.
* Manage landlord licensing applications, coordinating with local authorities and landlords.
* Oversee the daily management of supplier and contractor details.
* Update warranty information with suppliers for white goods and other items.
* Communicate with customers and external agencies regarding tenancy and property management matters.
* Assist the management team with report preparation as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months property or lettings experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated and have a can-do attitude.
What We Offer:
* Salary up to \u00a327,000 per annum.
* Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
* 25 days + birthday + bank holidays.
* Death in Service.
* Medicash.
* Pension: 3% Employer and 5% Employee.
