  • Supporting a Property Specialist with all aspects of residential development sales from reservation to completion
  • Drafting contracts and sending them to the buyer's solicitor
  • Receipting payments and exchanging contracts
  • Dealing with basic plot sale enquiries and completion
  • General property matters including file opening and closure, Land Registry, SDLT, and drafting bills
Requirements
  • Previous relevant experience in Residential Property, ideally including plot sales work
  • Well-organized and able to work well under pressure
