Role: Partnership Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the stewardship of our growing network of funders, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
  • Develop and implement creative engagement strategies with both existing and prospective funders.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partnerships, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

  • Proven experience in fundraising, particularly with high-value partnerships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, with a genuine passion for connecting with people.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of between £29,000 to £34,000 dependent on experience. In addition, you will have access to an excellent pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 15%, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a wide range of staff benefits.
