This is an exciting role, as the Executive will have the opportunity to help shape and redefine their brand identity. Reporting into the Marketing Manager and working alongside the greater marketing team, you will be responsible for developing a fully integrated marketing communications plan to support all functions of the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting the delivery of their rebrand and brand refresh
  • Delivering internal and external marketing communications to engage with stakeholders
  • Drafting and editing communications and material to create engaging and creative content for a variety of channels (Articles, press releases, biographies, testimonials, success stories and engaging content)
  • Creating and executing an internal comms strategy to drive employee engagement
  • Developing, managing and maintaining the firm's new intranet platform to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Analysis of the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities to inform future strategies
  • Supporting with communications for events, presentations and company announcements
  • Where appropriate, develop relationships with relevant media contacts to secure press coverage
  • Development of the company brand and messaging to align with business objectives
  • Keeping updated of new marketing trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
  • Coordinating administrative tasks, including invoice records and budget management
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager

**Requirements:**

  • Degree level educated, CIM qualification or equivalent working experience
  • Experience working in a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm or accountancy
  • Experience in writing content and producing marketing material to engage with audiences
  • Essential to have knowledge of both hard copy and digital marketing communications, including creating SEO website content
  • Experience working on marketing campaigns and reporting on their effectiveness
  • Comfortable with metrics / analytics / evaluating the effectiveness of communications
