Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Executive to shape and redefine the firm's brand identity, working closely with the Marketing Manager and the greater marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the firm's rebranding efforts
  • Develop and execute internal and external marketing communications strategies
  • Create engaging and creative content for various channels, including articles, social media, website, intranet, press releases, biographies, testimonials, and success stories
  • Design and implement an internal communications strategy
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the firm's new intranet platform
  • Analyze the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities
  • Support communications for events, presentations, and social media
  • Develop relationships with relevant media contacts, as needed
  • Develop and maintain the company brand and messaging
  • Stay up-to-date on new marketing trends and developments
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including invoice records and budget updates

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education, with a CIM qualification or equivalent working experience
  • Experience working in a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm or accountancy
  • Proven experience in writing content and producing marketing materials
  • Knowledge of both hard copy and digital marketing communications, including creating SEO website content
  • Experience working on marketing campaigns and reporting
  • Comfortable with metrics, analytics, and evaluating the effectiveness of communications
