Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Michael Page Marketing. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that engages and informs our global workforce.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic internal communications plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Creating and disseminating engaging content through various channels, including email, intranet, and other digital platforms
  • Coordinating and executing internal events that promote employee engagement and communication
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of internal communications and events
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Developing and maintaining the company intranet to ensure it is a valuable resource for employees

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a global organization
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Experience with events management and content creation
  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and inspiring content tailored to different channels and audiences
  • Experience with intranet management, preferably with Sharepoint
