Key Responsibilities:

The interim Human Resources Specialist will be tasked with:

  • Offering HR guidance and support to the organization
  • Assisting in the execution of HR strategies and policies
  • Identifying and addressing HR challenges and trends impacting the organization through various metrics
  • Providing support and advice on a wide range of Employee Relations matters
  • Facilitating employee development and performance management initiatives
  • Collaborating with the broader HR team to enhance HR processes and policies
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant industry regulations and legislation
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives as necessary

Candidate Profile:

The ideal Human Resources Specialist should possess:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
  • A solid grasp of the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • The capability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Availability for an immediate start or on short notice
