Key Responsibilities:
The interim Human Resources Specialist will be tasked with:
- Offering HR guidance and support to the organization
- Assisting in the execution of HR strategies and policies
- Identifying and addressing HR challenges and trends impacting the organization through various metrics
- Providing support and advice on a wide range of Employee Relations matters
- Facilitating employee development and performance management initiatives
- Collaborating with the broader HR team to enhance HR processes and policies
- Ensuring adherence to relevant industry regulations and legislation
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives as necessary
Candidate Profile:
The ideal Human Resources Specialist should possess:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- A solid grasp of the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- The capability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Availability for an immediate start or on short notice
