Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ryder Reid Legal Limited. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Department Admin Assistant role, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Department Admin Assistant, including sorting presentations, inputting time entries, organizing travel, and document storing and filing.
- Support the CCS and administrative team with daily tasks, including data entry and other duties as required.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications and IT confident, including using printers, copiers, and internal databases.
- 1 year of administration and law firm or professional services environment experience preferred.
- Reliable, flexible, and resilient with the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining efficiency.
