Business Analyst - Consultant / Senior Consultant

As a Business Analyst at Capco, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clients to identify, structure, prioritize, and implement their requirements. This may involve the introduction of new business processes, systems, or changes to meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams within the client's organization to gather requirements effectively.
  • Analyze and document intricate business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and redesign business process workflows.
  • Support the Project Manager/Scrum Master in developing project plans and sprint strategies.
  • Prepare for and facilitate client meetings and workshops with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Manage tasks using Jira Kanban boards efficiently.
  • Develop and present metrics and reports to clients and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks by monitoring incidents and escalating issues when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the product owner to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional design.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Business Analyst roles.
  • Familiarity with technology delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Experience in maintaining project schedules, plans, and Jira tasks.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services and Capital Markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with a flexible approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adept stakeholder management.
